The Infosys Foundation has launched the STEM Stars Scholarship Program 2025–26 to support female students pursuing undergraduate STEM degrees. This scholarship offers up to ₹1,00,000 per year, covering your tuition fees, study materials, and living expenses — for the full duration of your course!
What’s the Purpose of This Scholarship?
Infosys Foundation started this initiative to empower young women in STEM and make higher education more accessible. It’s more than just a financial aid — it’s a commitment to help you stay focused on your studies without the stress of money.
Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
To apply, you must:
- Be a female Indian citizen.
- Have completed Class 12.
- Be enrolled in the first year of a STEM undergraduate program at a NIRF-accredited college.
- Students in second-year B.Arch or 5-year Integrated/Dual Degree courses can also apply.
- Belong to a family with an annual income less than or equal to ₹8 lakh.
- Bonus: Even if your college isn’t NIRF-ranked but is a government medical/engineering college, you’re still eligible!
What Do You Get? (Scholarship Benefits)
Up to ₹1,00,000 per year (based on actual expenses).
The amount covers:
- Tuition fees
- Books & study materials
- Hostel and living expenses
Valid for maximum 4 years (or duration of the course).
Required Documents
To apply, you’ll need:
- Recent passport-sized photograph
- JEE Main/CET/NEET scorecard (if applicable)
- Class 12 marksheet and certificate
- Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)
- Admission proof (fee receipt/admission letter/college ID/bonafide certificate)
- Family income certificate (or BPL card/Ayushman Bharat card)
- Last 6 months’ electricity bills
- Receipts of academic expenses (course fee, hostel, mess, books, stationery, etc.)
- Bank account details (passbook or cancelled cheque)

2. Log in with your registered ID (or sign up using email/mobile/Gmail).
3. You’ll be redirected to the Infosys Foundation STEM Stars Scholarship 2025–26 page.
4. Click on ‘Start Application’.
5. Fill in the required details and upload all documents.
6. Accept the Terms & Conditions and click ‘Preview’.
7. If everything looks good, click ‘Submit’ to finish the process.
